Bottling is underway of the 2026 vintage. The Extra Virgin Olive Oil is looking delicious. Available for sale at our stockists - The Packing Shed, Three Peaks Coffee, and Ironic Cafe. After the olives are picked and pressed in June, the oil is stored in Fustis to allow the oil to settle for a month to remove sediment and imperfections, and then the pure, clear, olive green oil is bottled ready for use.
