Bottling is underway of the 2026 vintage. The Extra Virgin Olive Oil is looking delicious. Available for sale at our stockists - The Packing Shed and Three Peaks Coffee. After the olives are picked and pressed in June, the oil is stored in Fustis to allow the oil to settle for a month to remove sediment and imperfections, and then the pure, clear, olive green oil is bottled ready for use.
